All items are shipped via USPS Mail service USING a flat rate shipping fee SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER, AT CHECKOUT.

(Orders containing multiple items are only required to pay one shipping fee.) please allow 7-10 business days after your oder is placed for all orders shipped from the U.S.A. to be delivered.

you will automatically receive an email updated with your orders tracking number once it has shipped.

If a parcel is lost, damaged or, stolen upon arrival or pending acceptance the customer is responsible for reaching out to their mail carrier with the provided tracking information to report the issue.

Please assure your full name and address with the correct postal code is provided at check-out. If a package is unable to be delivered or returned due to an incorrect address the customer is completely responsible FOR ANY extra shipping fees to replace or correct the order.

Return & Exchange policy

As a small business, powered solely by myself, I kindly do not offer returns or accept exchanges at this time. For orders over $350.00 a store credit of $150.00 will be issued to partially replace any lost or damaged merchandise.

Each item is available for final sale and any major flaws will be noted under the products DESCRIPTION. Please keep in mind, all goods have been hand selected and have been thoroughly checked over by myself. I ONLY select ITEMS I PERSONALLY SEE AS TREASURE. Each item has previously lived a life before becoming a lost muse good. items tend to come with a naturally flawed body, unrefined & ready for you to restyle. most items show no wear & tear.
