All items are shipped via USPS Mail service, using a flat rate shipping fee SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER AT CHECKOUT. (Orders containing multiple items are only required to pay one shipping fee.) please allow 7-10 business days for all orders shipped from the U.S.A. you will automatically receive an email with your orders tracking number once it has shipped.

If a parcel is lost, damaged or, stolen upon arrival or pending acceptance the customer is responsible for reaching out to their mail carrier to report the issue. If a package is unable to be delivered or returned due to an incorrect address the customer is responsible for all extra shipping fees to replace or correct the order.

As a small business, powered solely by me, Allie Jo , I kindly do not offer returns or accept exchanges. Each item is available for final sale only and any major flaws will be noted under the products detail information. otherwise, all goods have previously lived a life before becoming a lost muse good.
